Voice Overlay is a small program that will post Who is speaking ingame for you. When they stop talking it goes away. No need to look at ventrilo to see who is speaking!

Another thing I use for Ventrilo is this guide that will "normalize" sound sin vent. So quiet speaking people and loud mouths will all sound the same exact volume. Even screamers... god we all hate them.
